Reliance Jio offers unlimited calling, free 4G data for 6 months is Rs 594
To cheer its customers, Reliance Jio has launched a Rs 594 offers. Under Rs 594 offer, Reliance Jio is offering unlimited calling and free 4g data for the period of six months. It’s a special recharge plan for Jio customers which comes under JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offer.
Customers under Jio’s Monsoon hungama will be able to get Reliance JioPhone in just Rs 501. JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offers purchase of the JioPhone for a price of Rs 501, in exchange of an old feature phone. The offer is valid on JioPhone and not on JioPhone 2, which will be available starting August 15.
After exchanging an old feature phone, users will have to make a recharge of either Rs 49 or Rs 153 to enjoy all the 4G services on Reliance Jio’s network. The Rs 49 prepaid plan offers 1GB of 4G data along with unlimited voice calling for a period of 28 days while the Rs 153 plan offers 1.5GB of 4G data, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day for 28 days.
JioPhone 2, just like the older version will work on KAI operating system. In terms of specifications, JioPhone 2 boasts of a 2.4-inch QVGA display and comes with a QWERTY keypad. The smartphone also has a 4-way navigation key. JioPhone 2 is a dual sim device and supports LTE Bands 3, 5, 40 and 2GB Band- 900/1800.The JioPhone will come with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM. On the camera front, the JioPhone 2 has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. The phone supports download speeds of up to 150Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps. The device is backed by a 2000mAh battery and supports Voice over LTE and Voice over WiFi.
The phone packs 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a SD card card.As far as the cameras are concerned, the Jio Phone 2 packs a 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
In terms of connectivity, the options available in JioPhone 2 are Wi-Fi, Global Positioning System (GPS), Bluetooth, Near-field communication (NFC) and frequency modulation (FM).
